Meat Thermometer

I use a meat thermometer whenever I air fry or bake meat (especially chicken) to take away the stress of having fully cooked meat WITHOUT overcooking.

The most accurate way to do it is with a probe thermometer that you can leave in the meat as it cooks. Just stick the probe into the thickest part of the meat and you'll know when it's perfectly done!
